As soon as your event management provides the booking list for all participants and the itinerary of the event, we will arrange all necessary transfers. This applies not only for the location of the event, but also the pickup for all individuals at their place of origin, worldwide! Throughout the event one of our coordinators will be in charge of the fleet and stay in close contact with your event management for multiple briefings. If necessary, a help desk will be established.
