Your company plans to organize a major sales event in Berlin with an estimated number of participants of about 500. Visitors from around the world will attend for two days. Flights, hotel bookings and convention facilities are arranged by your event management.
The success of the event will not only be secured by the quality of the fixed arrangements like hotel, convention facilities or entertainment. Mobility will be the link in between and has to be tailor-made to the needs of each single guest.
